Verde-Facilities in Lebanon, Indiana is seeking an experienced HR Manager to partner with operations across Indiana, Missouri, and Tennessee. The role is hands-on, field-based, and focused on building strong relationships with frontline teams while ensuring compliant, people-first HR practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years HR generalist experience, with 2+ years in senior/manager role.
• Experience supporting an hourly frontline workforce across multiple locations.
• Working knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, OSHA and multi-state compliance.
• HRIS experience; ADP preferred; proficient in Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations to deliver HR support across three-state territory.
• Coach managers on performance, attendance, discipline, and separations.
• Lead workplace investigations and document outcomes.
• Oversee hiring/onboarding and worker paperwork including I-9/E-Verify.
• Manage leave, workers' comp coordination, and compliance across sites.
• Support safety, payroll data, engagement initiatives, and HR analytics.
