EnviroVantage is seeking a Part Time Human Resources Manager to support our growing, multi-state workforce. The role handles recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR operations, working closely with leadership, Payroll, Safety, and Operations.

The position is part-time (20-25 hours/week) and requires independent, organized, hands-on HR leadership in a fast-paced environment. SHRM-CP/PHR is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive HR experience, hands on Generalist preferred.
• Strong experience with employee relations and full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience supporting field-based, construction, manufacturing, industrial, or similar workforces is a plus.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws including FMLA, ADA, wage/hour requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple administrative HR processes independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and field roles, including postings, screening, interviews, offers, and pre-employment steps.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and maintain recruiting pipelines.
• Coordinate background checks and pre-employment requirements.
• Oversee onboarding from offer to start date and ensure I-9 and E-Verify compliance.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data across systems.
• Support payroll, safety, and operations with HR information and questions.
