Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is offering a Summer 2027 Field HR Intern position in Louisville, KY. You will gain hands-on experience within our Field HR team, work 40 hours per week from June 7 to August 13, 2027, and partner with HR leaders across DSD or Supply Chain.

You will be paired with a mentor, complete a project from start to finish, and present insights to your team and stakeholders. This in-person internship provides training, networking, and real exposure to HR practices that drive business

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Master’s program focusing on Human Resources disciplines.
• Available to work 40 hours per week (M‑F, 8am‑5pm).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Support HR projects and gain cross-functional exposure.
• Learn from HR leaders and participate in leadership meetings.
• Contribute to business unit projects within DSD or Supply Chain.
