Qualifications

• Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full‑time program in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and willingness to learn.
• Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support HR programs across Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnership, Talent & Culture, and Compensation & Benefits.
• Assist with recruiting, pre‑boarding, onboarding, and lifecycle activities.
• Coordinate communications with candidates, employees, managers, vendors, and partners.
• Support employee engagement, learning, culture‑building activities, and HR events.
• Prepare presentations, reports, training materials, and process documentation.
• Maintain employee and recruiting data and assist with reporting and analysis.
• Participate in HR projects and process improvements.
• Provide administrative support with discretion.
