Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Summer 2027 Field Human Resources Intern in Northlake, IL. This full-time, in-person program runs June 7 – August 13, 2027, offering hands-on HR experience, leadership exposure, and a mentor-guided project approach.

You will work with HR leaders and cross-functional teams in DSD or Supply Chain, building HR skills and contributing to meaningful projects while experiencing a global beverage company culture.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Master’s program focusing on Human Resources disciplines.
• Available to work 40 hours per week (M-F, 8am-5pm).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support HR projects and partner with HR leaders across the organization.
• Work closely with Direct Store Delivery (DSD) or Supply Chain business units.
• Contribute value to a global organization and develop HR capabilities.
