Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Summer 2027 Intern in Warehouse Operations Management in St. Paul, MN. You will split time between hands-on training in weeks 1-3 and project work in weeks 4-10, with a manager and mentor guiding you and a peer intern to collaborate with.

The program offers a potential return through the Early Career Leadership Development Program, aligned to the Beverage Operating Unit, and a total rewards package including $28.00/hour, bi-weekly pay, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student, junior year, with expected graduation Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Majors include Engineering, Food Science, Operations/Logistics, or Business Management or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Experience various assignments in Warehouse Operations, Fleet, Transportation & Sales.
• Lead projects and people to gain hands-on supply chain exposure.
• Work closely with mentors and professionals for career growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with different departments to understand career opportunities.
