Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper invites rising undergraduates to join the Summer 2027 Internship in Warehouse Operations Management in Indianapolis, IN. The role combines hands-on training (weeks 1–3) with project work (weeks 4–10) under a mentor, with potential for future leadership development participation.

Applicants must be full-time undergrads in their junior year, graduating Fall 2027 or Spring 2028, and able to work 40 hours weekly in person. Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and mobility are preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled full-time as an undergrad in junior year with graduation Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Available to work 40 hours per week Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm in Indianapolis.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Geographic mobility is highly preferred.
• Industry experience in consumer packaged goods or beverages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage in Warehouse Operations projects across Inventory, Layout, or Process Controls.
• Work with a mentor and cross-functional teams to deliver project results.
• Lead or assist with project tasks and present takeaways to your team.
