Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is offering a Summer 2027 Human Resources Intern role in Burlington, MA. The intern will gain hands-on experience across Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnership, Talent & Culture, and Compensation & Benefits, supporting employee and candidate experiences throughout the lifecycle.

The program runs June 7 – August 13, 2027, with a 40-hour workweek, Monday–Friday, in a hybrid location. Paid at $28 per hour with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and full onboarding support.

Qualifications

• Undergrad student enrolled in full-time program in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support HR programs across Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnership, Talent & Culture, and Compensation & Benefits.
• Assist with recruiting, pre-boarding, onboarding and employee lifecycle activities.
• Coordinate communications with candidates, employees and managers.
• Support employee engagement, learning and development, and HR events.
• Prepare presentations, reports, communications and training materials.
• Maintain HR data and assist with reporting and analysis.
• Participate in HR projects and process improvements.
• Provide confidential administrative support to HR team.
