Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Summer 2027 Intern – Field Sales Management in Houston, TX. You will grow channels, hit sales objectives, and represent the company to distributor partners in sales activities.

The internship runs June 7 – August 13, 2027, full-time (40 hours/week), in-person at our Houston facility, with mentoring and project work to deliver tangible results and professional development.

Qualifications

• Full-time undergraduate student in junior year with expected graduation Fall 2027 or Spring 2028, major in Business Administration or related field.
• Available to work 40 hours per week, M-F 8am-5pm.
• Geographic mobility highly preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Consumer packaged goods or beverage experience is a plus.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and be a self-starter.
• Ability to multi-task in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize brand growth and volume objectives.
• Contact key personnel in accounts for promotions, displays, POS materials, and resets.
• Develop and maintain customer contacts to boost product availability.
• Monitor activities to ensure compliance with contracts.
• Develop action plans to achieve annual objectives.
