Affinity Hospice is seeking a Hospice Consultant to grow referrals in Savannah, GA by developing trusted relationships with physicians, hospitals, and care facilities. You will educate referral sources on hospice eligibility and Affinity’s differentiators, and you will own your territory with strategic plans and performance metrics.

The role blends consultative selling and relationship-based marketing in a field-based setting, requiring travel and independent work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of healthcare sales or marketing experience.
• Proven ability to build relationships and drive results.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare partners.
• Educate referral sources on hospice eligibility, benefits, and Affinity Hospice differentiators.
• Identify, qualify, and close referral opportunities by engaging key decision-makers.
• Execute daily sales activities and manage territory with data and market insights.
• Record referral activity, expenses, and market intelligence accurately.
• Support community education, outreach, and events.
