Griffin Greenhouse Supplies, Inc. is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to travel regionally, build customer relationships, and provide product guidance with samples and catalogs.

You will manage orders, deliver timely estimates, and collaborate with the sales team to maximize customer satisfaction. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a degree in Business is a plus.
• 2-3 years in sales, ideally in the lawn and garden industry.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and ability to multitask and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the designated region to build relationships with customers.
• Provide guidance to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Present products and tailor sales presentations to meet needs.
• Provide accurate delivery estimates and enter orders into the system.
• Track transactions, feedback, and market insights; report to team.
