Griffin Greenhouse Supplies Inc in Morgantown, PA is seeking a Hard Goods Sales Representative to drive regional growth in a fast-paced horticulture market.

You will meet new and established customers, demo products with samples and catalogs, and handle pricing, contracts, and accurate order entry for on-time delivery. Travel to client sites is required and targets must be met with professional, customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of sales experience in horticulture or agriculture.
• Proven success in hitting sales targets and working with wholesale/retail customers.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with CRM software and order systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop field-based relationships with new and established customers across the region.
• Demonstrate benefits of premium horticultural products using samples and catalogs.
• Manage pricing, contracts, and accurate order entry; ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and provide expert solutions to keep customers coming back.
• Maintain organized records with accurate reporting and order tracking.

The salary range for this position is between $50,000 and $65,000 plus commission and may be adjusted in the future. In addition, this position is eligible for comprehensive benefits, including health, disability, life, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
