Job summary

Recordati Rare Diseases, Inc. is seeking a Mid-Senior level Rare Disease Account Manager for CAD in the US. You will own promotional relationships with healthcare providers, deploy sales strategies, and grow sales volume in your assigned geography.

Strong knowledge of disease state and market trends is essential. The role requires 5–9 years of sales success in Rare Diseases/Hematology, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to FDA/OIG guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; science degree or coursework a plus.
• 5–9 years of proven sales success within Rare Diseases, Hematology or biotech.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy model and patient services hub preferred.
• Strong account management and business acumen skills.
• Experience executing within regulatory framework (FDA, OIG, PhRMA).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of CAD and related products.
• Build territory plans and strategies to meet revenue objectives.
• Achieve or exceed sales performance targets.
• Manage budget to support sales and marketing activity.
• Represent Recordati Rare Diseases at industry events with high ethical standards.
