Job summary

Recordati is seeking a Rare Diseases Account Manager in the US to lead promotional relationships and drive business results with healthcare providers in an assigned geography, focusing on Cold Agglutinin Disease (CAD) and our rare disease portfolio.

The role reports to the Regional Business Director, Hematology and manages regional sales efforts, adhering to RRD compliance standards and FDA guidelines in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of CAD/CAD-like disease state and Recordati Rare Diseases products, and build strong relationships with healthcare providers and staff in assigned geography.
• Develop and implement territory strategies using market insights to build awareness and identify appropriate patients; adjust strategy to deliver revenue objectives.
• Achieve or exceed sales performance targets and optimize visibility with healthcare providers and target customers.
• Manage budget to support sales and marketing activity and represent Recordati Rare Diseases at industry functions.
