Job summary

Komatsu is seeking a Field Assembler to join our National Field Service team. You will travel across the United States assembling heavy mining equipment on-site, often 6 weeks on the road with substantial overtime.

This role requires hands-on mechanical work and adherence to safety standards. You will assemble rope shovels and electric drive trucks, perform field maintenance and welding, and travel to sites in AZ, NV, NM, CA, and other Western states.

Qualifications

• Welding experience is preferred and 5G welding experience is a plus.
• Strong hands-on mechanical skills for field environments.
• Willingness to travel across the United States for extended periods.
