Job summary

Charlie Health, Inc. is seeking an Outreach professional based in Fort Bend, TX to drive go-to-market efforts for new markets.

You will build relationships with clinical partners and referral sources while representing our mission to increase access to behavioral health care. In this hybrid role, you will travel locally 4-5 days per week, lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers, and collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal to hit GTM goals.

Qualifications

• Based in Fort Bend, TX.
• Fluent in English.
• 1–4 years of proven sales experience with KPI ownership.
• Healthcare industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration.
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets.
• Go in the field 4 - 5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and address barriers to treatment.
• Design strategies to support and engage referral partners across channels.
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events in person and via conference call.
• Synthesize market feedback to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies.
• Work with marketing, product, client success, and legal to meet GTM goals.
