Job summary

Charlie Health, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Outreach professional in Houston to lead go-to-market efforts and build strong relationships with clinical partners. You will visit patients, parents, and providers, uncover needs, and help connect more people to our behavioral health programs.

The role emphasizes field presence 4-5 days a week, travel within a ~1 hour radius, and collaboration with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams to meet growth goals.

Qualifications

• Must be located in Houston, TX.
• Fluent in English.
• 1-4 years proven sales experience with KPIs.
• Experience working with or selling to hospitals is a plus.
• Ability to travel locally 4-5 days/week within ~1 hour driving distance.
• Ability to energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage details in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration.
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets.
• Go in the field 4-5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and address barriers to treatment.
• Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across channels.
• Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships.
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events in person and via conference call.
• Synthesize market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies.
• Work closely with internal partners including marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goals.
