Charlie Health, Inc. is seeking a locally based Outreach professional in Katy, TX to build and manage relationships with clinical partners and referral sources.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of proven sales experience.
• Must be based in Katy, TX.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel locally 4–5 days/week within ~1 hour driving distance.
• Experience with healthcare organizations is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration.
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets.
• Go in the field 4-5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and address barriers to treatment.
• Design strategies to engage referral partners across channels.
• Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships.
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events in person and via conference call.
• Synthesize market feedback to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies.
• Work with marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goals.
