Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking a Fort Myers-based Clinical Outreach professional to build and nurture relationships with clinical partners, families, and providers, expanding access to teen and young adult behavioral health programs from the local market. You will champion partnerships and coordinate outreach efforts across multiple channels.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams to meet GTM goals while traveling locally 4-5 days a week.

Qualifications

• Must be based in Fort Myers, FL.
• Must be fluent in English.
• 1-4 years proven sales experience - owning & overachieving KPIs is a plus.
• Experience working with healthcare organizations is a plus.
• Ability to travel locally 4-5 days/week within ~1 hour driving distance.
• Ability to energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills.
• Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to manage details in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration.
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets.
• Lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs, address barriers to treatment, and cement community partnerships.
• Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across different channels.
• Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships.
• Attend and lead various educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events both in person and via conference call.
• Synthesize and share market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies.
• Work closely with internal partners including marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goals.
