Job summary

GSK in the United States is seeking a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access to drive HIT-enabled solutions across health systems and GSK teams. You will translate data insights into opportunities that improve patient identification, care coordination, and operational efficiency, while guiding clinical workflows and EHR environments.

You will educate customers on approved HIT resources, support decision making, and contribute to account planning with HIT expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years of health informatics or EHR-related roles experience in a hospital or patient-care setting.
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and health IT, including front-end use of major EHR platforms.
• Customer-facing experience assessing needs and collaborating across teams with knowledge of EHR products and governance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align HIT resources with customer needs and technology environments.
• Assess customer workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify opportunities to improve patient identification and care coordination.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled resources and support their evaluation for potential use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement, sharing insights and risks with internal partners.
• Serve as a HIT SME across Market Access and other GSK units, coordinating customer support and providing field input on scalable tools.
• Ensure customer ownership of governance decisions while complying with GSK policies and regulatory requirements.
