Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in health informatics.
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Minimum 2 years in health informatics or EHR-related roles in care settings.
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory workflows and major EHR platforms.
• Customer-facing experience with EHR products and governance.
• Epic or major EHR certification or RHIA/RHIT/CPHIMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders and GSK teams to align HIT resources with needs and workflows.
• Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to improve patient identification and care delivery.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled resources and support evaluation for use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement.
• Serve as HIT SME across Market Access and other GSK units; coordinate customer support.
• Ensure customer ownership of governance decisions and compliance with policies.
