Job summary

GSK is seeking a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access for a field-based role across multiple states. You will align HIT capabilities with customer workflows, educate customers on EHR-enabled resources, and help translate health data into actionable opportunities that improve patient identification and care coordination.

The position requires experience with major EHR systems and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years in healthcare/pharma
2+ years in health informatics or EHR roles in care settings
Experience with inpatient/ambulatory workflows and EHR products
Customer-facing experience assessing needs and collaborating across teams
Familiarity with EHR data, CDS, patient IDs, order sets, care pathways

Responsibilities

Partner with health-system stakeholders to align HIT resources with clinical workflows
Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights to improve patient identification and care delivery
Educate customers on EHR-enabled tools and support their evaluation
Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement
Coordinate customer support and provide field input on scalable tools
Ensure governance, privacy, and compliance requirements are met
