Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or pharma related field.
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare/pharma; 2+ in health informatics or EHR roles.
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory workflows and major EHR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify opportunities.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled resources and support evaluation for use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement with internal partners.
• Serve as HIT SME across Market Access and other GSK units.
• Ensure governance decisions align with policies and compliance.
