Job summary

GSK is seeking a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access to translate HIT insights into practical opportunities for patient identification, clinical workflows, and operational efficiency. You will educate customers on EHR-enabled tools and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HIT resources with customer needs and governance requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in healthcare or pharmaceutical health informatics, and 2+ years in EHR-related roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare field and minimum 3 years of healthcare/pharma experience.
• 2+ years in health informatics or EHR-related roles in care settings.
• Experience with major EHR platforms (Epic, Athenahealth, Cerner, Meditech, OncoEMR, iKnowMed).
• Customer-facing experience assessing needs and coordinating with teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess workflows, EHR readiness, and data insights to identify opportunities for better patient care and efficiency.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled resources and assist in evaluating potential use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement with internal partners.
• Serve as HIT SME across Market Access and other GSK units, coordinating customer support.
• Ensure customer ownership of governance decisions in line with GSK policies.
