• Must use a computer or mobile device to receive and manage repair requests.

Responsibilities

• Start workday at home to manage service queue and contacts with clients.
• Pickup components and travel to client locations, generally within a 100-mile radius.
• Perform on-site hardware repairs at client sites as scheduled.
