Job summary

You will start from home, manage your service queue, collect components, and then visit client sites. You must bring your own tools and ESD protection, pass certifications quickly, and maintain strong time management.

Qualifications

• Must provide your own tools and ESD protection.
• Proven computer hardware repair experience.
• Complete Server and High-End Storage certifications within the timeline set upon hiring.
• Pass required certifications within 3 days of hire.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Start the workday at home, manage the service queue and contact clients.
• Pickup components and travel to client locations within a 100-mile radius.
• Perform hardware repairs on servers, high-end storage, laptops/desktops.
