Job summary

Qualifications

• Linux experience preferred in a Linux-based environment.
• Knowledge of hardware/software programs for assigned products.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site installation support and diagnose, troubleshoot, service and repair equipment.
• Respond to initial technical support inquiries and escalate complex issues.
• Set up and utilize diagnostic equipment to isolate malfunctions.
• Replace defective units at customer sites.
• Provide field support for hardware/Linux-based software products.
• Deliver pre- and post-sales installation services to ensure proper functionality.
• Advise customers on maintenance and configuration adjustments to improve performance.
• Serve as liaison with customers on technical matters.
