Job summary

Gr8ttek is seeking a regular Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. You will perform hardware-focused break fix services on client products and travel to sites as needed.

You will troubleshoot and resolve issues with analytical decision-making aligned to department guidelines. Reporting to the Territory Supervisor, you will handle service calls, document activities, and ensure asset control.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Must be able to drive to client locations and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer break fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Accept and deliver all service calls assigned.
• Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues.
