Job summary

Gr8ttek is seeking a regular Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team in the United States. You will perform hardware-focused break-fix services on client products, with on-site support and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.

Reporting to the Territory Supervisor, you will handle service calls, complete administrative tasks, and manage assets while adhering to company guidelines. Certification training is provided.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of relevant field service experience.
• Ability to drive to client locations and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware break-fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
• Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory.
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues.
