Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. in New York, NY is seeking a Field Hardware Support Technician to provide hands-on hardware support for HP PC products, configure hardware and basic network components on customer sites, and perform repairs on printers and related devices.

The role requires technical or mechanical hardware repair experience, a high school diploma or equivalent (college training in hardware technology preferred), and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds in a physically demanding

• Collaborate with escalation personnel and assist in technical action plans to resolve issues efficiently.

Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Hardware Support Technician to join their team. As a Field Hardware Support Technician, you will be part of the Service Support Department supporting customer hardware needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, technical aptitude, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $25-$28/hour
