ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. in New York, NY is seeking a Field Hardware Support Technician to provide hands-on hardware support for HP PC products, configure hardware and basic network components on customer sites, and perform repairs on printers and related devices.

• Collaborate with escalation personnel and assist in technical action plans to resolve issues efficiently.

Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Hardware Support Technician to join their team. As a Field Hardware Support Technician, you will be part of the Service Support Department supporting customer hardware needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, technical aptitude, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $25-$28/hour

• Availability to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime, including non-traditional workdays and holidays.
• Onsite customer-facing experience with strong interpersonal skills.
