As a Onsite Break Fix Technician, you will be part of the Service Support Department supporting customer hardware needs. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a resourceful attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Provide hardware support and related services specifically toPC Products customers, including laptops, desktops, RPOS, and workstations.


• Configure hardware, software, and simple network components on customer sites.


• Perform unit repairs and assist in technical action plans to remediate PC and printer issues.


• Interact with multiple levels of client and customer management to ensure customer satisfaction.


• Manage critical service events in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

What's Needed?

• Availability to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime, including non-traditional workdays and holidays.


• Onsite customer-facing experience with technical or mechanical hardware repair.


• Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technology and troubleshooting hardware issues.


• High School diploma or equivalent, with additional hardware technology training; college preferred.
