Pratt & Whitney, a RTX company, is seeking a field-oriented engineer to support the F135 propulsion system and related sustainment activities. You will respond to field inquiries, assist with investigations, and help interpret maintenance data for complex engine systems.

You will collaborate with Field Service Engineers, engineering, and logistics teams, travel to field sites up to 10%, and contribute to technical conferences and retrofit planning as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 1+ years of experience.
• Ability to work under supervision and solve problems.
• Communicates with internal/external teams to explain facts and policies.

Mansioni

• Respond to Technical Field Questions (Action Requests).
• Support Engineering Investigations (Deficiency Reports).
• Create/Update/Interpret Technical Maintenance Manual Data.
• Author technical presentations and Field Information Notices as required.
• Provide Maintenance Awareness Briefings.
• Support Engineering Changes/Design Reviews for Sustainment Impacts.
• Assist Field Implementation/ Retrofit Planning/ Service Test Letters.
• Support Technical Conferences as needed.
• Support Production Quality Notification (QN) and Escape (6015).
• Provide direct, in-person support for significant field efforts.
• Travel up to 10%, primarily to F135 Field Sites.

Formazione

Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
