Job summary
Pratt & Whitney, a RTX business unit, seeks an Equipment Services Manager to lead field engineering support for manufacturing equipment. You will coordinate with equipment OEMs, vendors, and internal teams to maintain, repair, upgrade, and support machinery in a safe, cost-effective and timely manner.
Responsibilities include driving complex issues to resolution, improving reliability, and coordinating preventive maintenance with Maintenance, Engineering and Operations to ensure production
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a related field; 8+ years of experience in equipment engineering, field service, maintenance engineering, or industrial manufacturing.
- Master's Degree in engineering; 5+ years of experience in equipment engineering, field service, maintenance engineering, or industrial manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical liaison between Equipment Maintenance, OEMs, and service providers in aerospace manufacturing.
- Drive complex equipment issues to resolution and coordinate external technical services.
- Support maintenance technicians and engineers with troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
- Review vendor performance, service costs, and equipment lifecycle planning.
- Ensure safety, quality, and production continuity across operations.
