RTX is seeking a Hardware CSE to provide technical and sustainment support for engine hardware, interfacing with customer, program office, Field Service Engineer, and engineering teams. You will travel up to 10% to F135 field sites and contribute to sustaining mission-critical propulsion systems.

The role requires a STEM bachelor's degree with 1+ years' experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a commitment to customer-focused service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 1+ years of experience.
• Ability to travel up to 10% for field sites and related activities.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to Technical Field Questions and action requests.
• Support Engineering Investigations and Deficiency Reports.
• Create or update Technical Maintenance Manual data; interpret documents.
• Prepare technical presentations and Field Information Notices.
• Conduct Maintenance Awareness Briefings and support Design reviews for sustainment.
