This hands-on role involves visiting healthcare professionals and training customers on the CaptionCall phone. Candidates must have at least a High School Diploma and 1 year of relevant experience. The job requires strong presentation skills, adaptability, and excellent customer service abilities. This position involves significant travel, often 50-75% of the time.

Formación

• 1 Year Experience as a CaptionCall Trainer.
• Preferred: Certified as a CaptionCall Trainer II, III, or Master Trainer.

Responsabilidades

• Promote the CaptionCall service by visiting healthcare professionals.
• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones.
• Train customers on how to use the CaptionCall phone.
• Maintain customer records in CRM.
• Attend and participate in trade shows and corporate events.
