Job summary

Sorenson Communications is seeking a Business Growth Field Trainer to promote the CaptionCall service by visiting healthcare professionals and recruiting new providers. You will manage Provider and Educator accounts, install CaptionCall phones, and train customers on maximizing benefits of the service.

Travel 50-75% is required as you attend events, train staff, and grow the business across channels, including senior living facilities and VA-related outreach.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a CaptionCall Trainer.
• Preferred: Certified as a CaptionCall Trainer II, III or Master Trainer.
• Ability to present to groups and travel 50-75%.

Responsibilities

• Create install-generation activities in identified channels (HHP, Senior Living, VA canteen, and other).
• Attend and participate in trade shows, events and other corporate events as assigned.
• Coach other CaptionCall activities and advise on expanding reach of the business.
• Promote the CaptionCall service and complete service calls as assigned.
