Job summary

Paytm is seeking energetic professionals to join the Offline User Growth Team in its expansion across U.S. markets. The role focuses on identifying growth opportunities at various high-footfall locations, building regional partnerships, and driving on-ground user acquisition initiatives.

You will engage with merchants and local communities to understand needs and feedback, while collaborating with internal teams to move opportunities from initiation to closure. Strong field presence is essential.

• Willingness to conduct extensive field work and meet diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Visit markets, shops, restaurants, cafes, retail outlets and other high-footfall locations to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and manage partnerships with regional/local brands and businesses.
• Identify and develop corporate, college, institutional and community partnerships.
• Engage with merchants, customers and local communities to understand market needs and provide feedback.
• Identify new opportunities for user acquisition, brand visibility and local marketing initiatives.
• Support execution of merchant programmes, college activities, community initiatives and other local campaigns.
• Work with internal teams to move opportunities from initiation to closure.
• Maintain regular tracking of visits, opportunities, partnerships and execution.
