Qualifications

• 5+ years of account management, client success, or sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Deep understanding of e-commerce, merchant services, and payment solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day merchant relationships and address questions.
• Support Account Manager with onboarding and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with Onboarding Manager, Solutions Architect, and Engineering for onboarding.
• Drive net new business prospecting and revenue growth.
• Monitor account health and customer satisfaction.
