Sorenson Communications, LLC is seeking a Business Growth Account Manager to promote CaptionCall and support service delivery. You will generate leads, present to eligible users, Hearing Healthcare Providers, and senior community administrators, and help grow opportunities through events and office visits.

This full-time role requires travel 50-75% and the ability to explain how our solutions enrich lives. You will maintain relationships, uphold compliance, and log activities in the CRM while

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Outside sales or similar experience preferred.
• Must be able to present to large and small groups.
• Must be able to travel 50-75%.

Responsabilités

• Generate leads by demonstrating CaptionCall by Sorenson to eligible users, providers, and administrators.
• Collaborate with Hearing Care Professionals on the patient referral process.
• Represent CaptionCall at events as assigned.
• Adhere to company compliance policies.
• Log daily activities in the CRM and protect confidential information.
• Other duties as assigned.
