Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to meet job-specific requirements.
• High School Diploma or GED; CDL required for driving company vehicles.
• Ability to supervise crew, communicate clearly, and enforce safety rules.
• Willingness to travel for storm work and field assignments.
• Pre-employment drug screen, background and MVR checks may apply.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after orders.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew on job units.
• Enforces safe work practices per OSHA and company policy.
• Maintains customer relations and relays orders to management.
• Keeps records, timesheets, and reports for crew performance.
• Inspects tools, trucks, and equipment; coordinates repairs as needed.
• Ensures DOT maintenance and inspection compliance on vehicles.
