Job summary

Qualifications

• Must understand drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, line equipment, etc.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational ability and multi-tasking capability.
• Ability to take independent action with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and assign daily work for the crew from orders.
• Conduct on-field training and retraining for crews.
• Enforce safe work practices per OSHA and company policies.
• Communicate with property owners/customers to coordinate access and work.
• Obtain permissions from property owners to perform work.
• Maintain customer relations through professional conduct and service quality.
• Maintain records, timesheets, and crew reports.
• Control crew costs and optimize resources.
• Provide reports on orders, incidents, and equipment status.
