Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to drive daily crew operations, enforce safety, and coordinate with property owners. The role requires a CDL and ability to travel for storm work, with duties including training, record-keeping, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Must understand drawings/symbols for lines and equipment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are required.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to drive company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and assign daily crew work from orders.
• Conduct field training and retraining for crew on job units.
• Enforce safety practices per policy and OSHA standards.
• Coordinate with property owners on access and responsibilities.
• Obtain permissions to perform required work.
• Maintain crew records, timesheets, and reports.
• Manage crew costs and resources efficiently.
• Report on incidents, equipment issues, and damages.
