Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) is hiring a full-time Foreman/Tank Builder to lead on-site construction of storage tank projects across our nationwide operations. The role focuses on safety, quality, and productivity while coordinating with customers, vendors, and subcontractors to keep projects on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate brings strong communication, leadership, and welding skills, with a willingness to mentor crew members and comply with company safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Welding ability is a plus.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.

Responsabilités

• Provide site supervision and on-site leadership.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity on site.
• Manage contract scope and change orders.
• Lead safety culture on the jobsite.
• Ensure workmanship meets requirements and reduces rework.
• Improve field productivity and keep projects on time and budget.
• Prepare and hand over final project paperwork.
• Recruit field workers with HR.
• Maintain tooling and equipment.
• Communicate progress to PM and Design Group.
