Job summary

Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) is hiring a full-time Foreman/Tank Builder to supervise field projects nationwide. You will lead on-site teams, coordinate with customers and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery of tanks and related structures.

Responsibilities include managing change orders, mentoring crew members, and maintaining tooling and equipment. Welding is a plus; must meet physical requirements and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication and organization skills.
• Ability to solve problems and improve systems.
• Excellent attendance and prompt daily presence.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to project needs.
• Be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and pass safety trainings.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site supervision and lead field crews.
• Serve as the main contact with customers, vendors, and subcontractors on site.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity on all projects.
• Understand contract scope and manage field changes (change orders).
• Promote safety culture and provide guidance on jobsite safety and quality.
