Job summary

Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) is seeking a full-time Foreman/Tank Builder to lead on nationwide tank construction projects from our Reading-area operations. The role emphasizes site supervision, coordinating with customers, vendors, and subcontractors, and delivering safety, quality, and productivity on each project.

The ideal candidate will bring strong communication and organizational skills, a welding background, and a commitment to meeting project timelines.

• Welding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide site supervision and lead on construction projects.
• Act as point of contact with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity on site.
• Understand contract scope and manage field changes.
• Provide leadership on safety and quality on the jobsite.
• Guide crew and ensure timely project delivery.
