Job summary

Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) is hiring a full-time Foreman/Tank Builder to supervise field projects nationwide. You will lead on-site crews, coordinate with customers, vendors and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity across welding, structural erection, and tank repairs.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, problem-solving, reliable attendance, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Ability to solve problems and improve processes.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to learn and adapt on site.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and pass background checks.
• Willing to obtain required certifications and safety training.

Responsibilities

• Provide site supervision and field leadership for PTS projects.
• Serve as on-site point of contact with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Identify scope changes and assist in change orders.
• Lead safety culture and ensure proper PPE and training.
• Deliver project work on time and within budget.
• Support recruitment and training of field crew as needed.
