Job summary

Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) is hiring a full-time Foreman/Tank Builder to supervise field construction projects across nationwide sites. You will lead crews, coordinate with customers and subcontractors, ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery, and apply expert knowledge in welding and tank construction.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and a willingness to enforce procedures while coaching team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide site supervision and lead field teams on PTS projects.
• Serve as primary on-site contact with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity on the project site.
• Understand contract scope and identify field-initiated changes (change orders).
• Provide leadership to maintain a safety culture and high-quality workmanship.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Mentor field workers and support HR in recruiting and training.
