Job summary

Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) seeks a full-time Foreman/Tank Builder to supervise field projects nationwide from our on-site locations. The role focuses on safety, quality, productivity, and strong customer coordination with vendors and subcontractors.

You will lead field crews, manage scope changes, and ensure projects finish on time and within budget across multiple sites in the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• U.S. work authorization required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide site supervision and lead field operations on PTS projects.
• Act as on-site point of contact with customers, vendors and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety, quality and productivity on the jobsite.
• Interpret contract scope and manage field changes (change orders).
• Provide leadership to maintain a safe and quality-focused crew.
• Guide field crew to meet schedule, budget, and client satisfaction.
• Assist in recruiting and training field staff.
• Manage tooling, equipment maintenance, and on-rent status.
