Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) is a growing, nationwide tank construction company with headquarters in Braddock, PA. We design, engineer, repair and construct above-ground metal storage tanks and related structures, including welded and bolted tanks and geodesic domes.

We are seeking a full-time Foreman/Tank Builder to lead field projects with focus on safety, quality and productivity. PTS emphasizes service, planning, and personal development, and offers a great team culture.

Qualificações

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.
• Willing to authorize background checks.
• No criminal convictions for dishonesty, sexual misconduct, violence, or acts of terrorism.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to authorize DMV checks.
• Willingness to submit to pre-hire, random, and post-incident drug and alcohol testing.
• Ability to weld is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide site supervision and on-site senior leadership for PTS construction projects.
• Serve as point of contact with customers, vendors and subcontractors on site.
• Maintain safety, quality and productivity throughout the project.
• Understand the contract scope and identify field-initiated scope changes (change orders).
• Provide leadership on safety and quality; reduce rework and defects.
• Improve field productivity; strive to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Balance customer satisfaction with project profitability and manage scope changes.
• Share craft knowledge in welding, structural erection, tank repair, and new tank construction.
