Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking a Mobile Fleet Response Specialist to respond to autonomous fleet incidents on-site. You will perform basic troubleshooting, support vehicle recovery, and coordinate with internal teams and external parties at the scene.

Role is fully field-based with no remote option. You will operate a company vehicle for shifts, follow safety procedures, and communicate clearly with stakeholders on complex situations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driving licence and have at least three years of driving on public roads.
• Ability to pass any required background screening and meet safety requirements.
• Strong English skills, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Respond to vehicle incidents in assigned service areas and dispatch as needed.
• Operate a company vehicle for several hours per shift with a partner when required.
• Approach stopped vehicles safely and establish a working area on scene.
• Perform initial inspections and basic troubleshooting per procedures.
• Coordinate recovery or towing if needed and arrange facility transfer.
• Document incident details and communicate with internal teams and authorities.
